If you were to take a snapshot of your business right now where might you be?
Are you kicking goals, behinds, at an even draw or losing the game?
Even with the season about to explode in preparation for Christmas, it would be ignorant of you not to be aware of how well your business is going, particularly when the quiet months of January are just around the corner, when your clients take a holiday, not just from work, but from spending too.
I know, I’ve been in your shoes.
Now is the time to take stock and plan ahead, which is why I am sending you this email now and link to this quick survey that I encourage you to fill in. Not only will these quick 4 questions have you thinking about where you are at, it will give me some really good feedback on how I can best serve you next year. There’s loads I can share with you from all the experience I have in business working for myself and others. You couldn’t put a price on the amount I have invested in my own training, knowledge and skills I have learnt and implemented, and want to share with you.
I talk to salon owners a lot, and one of the saddest things I find is that you know things are not going as well as you would like, but instead of raising your hand to seek help and acknowledge that you don’t know what you don’t know, you ignore the signs and pretend it will all be ok and turn around.
When might that be? Next week? Next month? Or next year?
Maybe never.
I am not here to put a damper on your Christmas trade. I am here to help you.
I seriously wish you all a roaring month, one that will allow you to pay off your suppliers, incentivise your team and have enough left over for you to enjoy. Maybe then you can take that holiday, or invest in that new piece of equipment you are so wanting?
For your troubles, I have an amazing new eBook I want to share with you as a thank you for doing this one small thing for me. Take it as my early Christmas gift to you. Complete the survey, and I’ll email you back your copy without delay. It’s called 5 secrets to creating an irresistible salon.
Excellence is no action. You have to work at it all the time.
To your salon brilliance and success,
Julie Hyne
